In consideration of being allowed to participate in and/or observe electric vehicle jumping, racing, or demo rides (collectively referred to as “Games”) with Amped Electric Games, LLC, an Arkansas limited liability company (“AEG”), the undersigned participant freely and voluntarily acknowledges and agrees that:

the risk of any and all injury to the undersigned from participation in or observance of one or more of the Games does in fact exist;
the undersigned knowingly and freely assumes all such risk, both known and unknown to the undersigned, even if such risk or injury arises from the negligence of AEG or its employees, agents, officers, contractors or owners (“Releasees”);
all Releasees are hereby and shall forever be indemnified, released and held harmless by the undersigned and all of his or her heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin with respect to any and all injury, disability, loss or damage to person or property sustained by the undersigned, whether arising from the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise, in connection with the undersigned’s participation in and/or observation of, or in any way related to one or more of the Games; and
the Releasees may record videos and take photographs of the undersigned at the Games and may use such videos and photographs in any media format or platform.

I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT, AND I FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS AND MEANING.
