Terms and Conditions for Bike Fest 2023 MTEN4S Drawing

Eligibility:
1.1 The Bike Fest 2023 MTEN4S Drawing is open to individuals aged 18 and above.
1.2 Employees and immediate family members of Amped Electric Games are not eligible to participate.

Purpose:
2.1 The purpose of the Bike Fest 2023 MTEN4S Drawing is to offer participants a chance to win a 300WH Begode MTEN4S.

Duration:
3.1 The drawing will begin on May 26th and end on May 28th.

How to Enter:
4.1 Participants may enter the drawing by completing the attached form.

Prize:
5.1 The prize for the drawing is a 300WH Begode MTEN4S.

Winner Selection and Notification:
6.1 The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
6.2 The winner will be announced on May 28th through Amped Electric Games’ Instagram page.
6.3 The winner will be contacted by phone and email.
6.4 The winner must claim the prize within 7 days of being contacted.

General Conditions:
7.1 The prize is non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash.
7.2 Amped Electric Games reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent activity.
7.3 Amped Electric Games reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the drawing at any time and for any reason.
7.4 Participants agree that Amped Electric Games may use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Limitation of Liability:
8.1 Participants agree to release Amped Electric Games and their affiliates from any liability arising from their participation in the drawing or use of the prize.

Governing Law:
9.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Arkansas.
