  1. Campground Access: Access to the campground is restricted to ticket holders only. You must display your camping pass at all times.
  2. Pets: Pets are NOT allowed due to insurance conditions with the exception of service animals.
  3. Check-In/Check-Out Times: Campground check-in begins 10/02/2024 at Noon. Check-out is required by 10/07/2024 at 2:00 PM.
  4. Speed Limits on Greenway (paved paths): 15mph MAX on all greenways
  5. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please respect your neighbors and keep noise levels down during this time.
  6. Campfires: Campfires are permitted only in designated fire pits. Please extinguish all fires completely before leaving them unattended.
  7. Fire Safety: No open flames, fireworks, or flammable liquids are allowed. Campfires are only allowed in designated areas. Be mindful of your surroundings and keep fire safety in mind at all times.
  8. Minors: All minors under 17 must be accompanied by their parent/guardian at all times.
  9. Curfew for Minors: All minors under 18 must be in their tents or with a parent/guardian by 11:00 PM.
  10. Waste Disposal: All campers are required to keep their area clean and dispose of trash in the designated bins. Leave no trace—pack out what you pack in.
  11. Generators: Generators are allowed during non-quiet hours only (7am-10pm). Please be considerate of your neighbors regarding noise and exhaust. 
  12. Alcohol: Alcohol is permitted at the campground, but excessive drinking and rowdy behavior will not be tolerated.
  13. Vehicles: Vehicles must be parked in designated areas. No driving is allowed in the campground except for entering or leaving.
  14. Camping Spaces: Respect your assigned camping space and do not encroach on other campers’ areas.
  15. Restroom Facilities: Use the provided facilities and keep them clean for others.
  16. Respectful Behavior: Disrespectful, aggressive, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Offenders may be removed from the campground without a refund.
  17. Wildlife: Do not feed or approach wildlife. Keep food stored securely to avoid attracting animals.
  18. Emergency Procedures: Familiarize yourself with the location of emergency exits and the nearest medical station. In case of an emergency, follow the instructions of event staff.
  19. Prohibited Items: Weapons, illegal substances, and personal drones are strictly prohibited in the campground.
  20. Personal Safety: Lock up your valuables and be aware of your surroundings. The event is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  21. Respect the Environment: Stay on designated paths and do not disturb natural habitats.
  22. Respect the town and local trails: Observe posted speed limits on roads and trails, pedestrians and townspeople always have right of way. We are guests here!
  23. Railyard: Respect the park and bikers. Park closes at 11pm (lights out).

Additional Rules for Specific Campers

  1. RV Campers: RVs are permitted in designated areas only. Please check in at the RV area upon arrival.

Group Camping: If you are camping with a group, please notify staff upon arrival to ensure you are allocated spaces together.
