Terms and Conditions for Hyper Fest 2023 MTEN4 Drawing

Eligibility:
1.1 The Hyper Fest 2024 MTEN4S Drawing is open to individuals aged 18 and above.
1.2 Employees and immediate family members of Amped Electric Games are not eligible to participate.

Purpose:
2.1 The purpose of the Hyper Fest 2023 MTEN4 Drawing is to offer participants a chance to win a Begode MTEN4.

Duration:
3.1 The drawing will begin on May 17th and end on May 28th.

How to Enter:
4.1 Participants may enter the drawing by completing the attached form.

Prize:
5.1 The prize for the drawing is a Begode MTEN4.

Winner Selection and Notification:
6.1 The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
6.2 The winner will be announced on June 4th through Amped Electric Games’ Instagram page.
6.3 The winner will be contacted by phone and email.
6.4 The winner must claim the prize within 7 days of being contacted.

General Conditions:
7.1 The prize is non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash.
7.2 Amped Electric Games reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent activity.
7.3 Amped Electric Games reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the drawing at any time and for any reason.
7.4 Participants agree that Amped Electric Games may use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Limitation of Liability:
8.1 Participants agree to release Amped Electric Games and their affiliates from any liability arising from their participation in the drawing or use of the prize.

Governing Law:
9.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Arkansas.
